3D digital building model is the 3D digitization of the building prepared in CityGML format and country coordinate system in order to establish a condominium easement in buildings consisting of independent sections.

The 3D building model, which is prepared as an annex to the building application project, is requested by the municipalities prior to the planned establishment of condominium easement and condominium ownership.

3D building modeling is the process of recording not only the boundaries of an immovable property, but also the details, heights and volumes of the structures on a three-dimensional model. In this way, the physical characteristics of the immovable property are documented in more detail and accurately.
